We connect local community members to a wide array of opportunities and experiences through our mentorship, career exploration, and leadership program.

What we do:01.

Provide Local Mentorship

We connect talented mentees to a wide array of opportunities and experiences and, provide ongoing support, and match them with local business leaders, nonprofit organizations, local governmental officials, thought leaders, and other community movers & shakers.

Promote Career Exploration

By connecting mentees to local business leaders, they are introduced to new opportunities (everything from Accounting and Auto mechanics to Zoologists – and everything inbetween).

Build Essential Leadership Skills

Our program gives mentees unprecedented opportunities to interact and network with experienced leaders. Mentees will build important career skills like communication, teamwork, creative thinking, and flexibility.

My Hometown Hub's

Business Model:

Young recommended OPRF community members are invited to apply to My Hometown Hub's first cohort.Coming soon!

  1. Initial contact is made with My Hometown Hub & then My Hometown Hub starts their due diligence process and vets each mentee.

  2. After due diligence is performed, My Hometown Hub invites qualified mentee into cohort.

  3. My Hometown Hub works with local community companies and mentors in a variety of fields to find the mentee an opportunity to learn, grow and thrive!

  4. After placement is made My Hometown Hub, and the sponsoring mentor or organization conducts a comprehensive review and evaluation.
